Condrovet Taste® is a chondroprotector especially recommended for dogs and cats with articular lesions and degenerative processes of the articular cartilage. Condrovet Taste® is the veterinary chondroprotector of first choice.
Recommended use:
In dogs with osteoarthritis and degenerative processes of articular cartilage.
In situations of joint immobilization due to bandages, surgery or other reasons. In these cases, administer Condrovet Taste® during and after immobilization, until the articular function is completely recovered.
In dogs during the growth period to reinforce the joints in formation. Recommended mainly in fast growing large breeds and those predisposed to hip dysplasia.
Condrovet Taste® is highly palatable thanks to its flavoring, which facilitates the administration of the tablets to the animal. It can be given before, during or after meals, or together with the feed. Due to its design, the tablets allow to be fractionated to facilitate intake by smaller animals.
Administration:
Administration is orally and can be done in 1 SINGLE TAKE PER DAY, following the following posology:
Dogs:
-Less than 5 kg 1/2
- from 5-10 kg 1 Tablet
- from 10-20 kg 2 Tablets
- from 20-30 kg 3 Tablets
- 30-50 kg 3 Tablets
Over 50 kg 4 Tablets
Cats:
-Less than 5 kg 1 Tablet
-More than 5 kg 2 Tablets
Condrovet Taste® will be administered for 40 days, after which a rest period of 2-3 months will be carried out, at the veterinarian's discretion, to later restart the administrations following the same cycle.
Thanks to its composition, Condrovet Taste® achieves this REMNANT EFFECT that allows to maintain in good condition the dog's joints for more than three months with only 40 days of administration.
In chronic cases and depending on the clinical signs, once the administration is completed for 40 days, a maintenance regimen can be applied, reducing the dose slowly every fifteen days until a comfortable dose for the animal is achieved.
The administration in dogs during the growth period can be started from 3 months of age of the animal until the growth period is completed (around 8 to 10 months of age depending on the breed), following this posology:
