Instructions for use:

Use deMatter's FURminator® Adjustable Tool FURminator® only as directed. Knots in the coat can be very annoying to pets and, if left unchecked, will become increasingly difficult to remove. The deMatter FURminator® Adjustable Tool can help prevent knots from forming and remove them completely.



STEP 1:


Find a quiet place to groom your pet with time and calm. Gently brush your pet's coat in the direction the hair grows. Start at the head and move gradually towards the tail, taking special care with your dog's stomach, legs, genitals and anus. Avoid insisting on the same area, since this could irritate your pet's skin and coat. Brush until your pet's coat is untangled and unraveled.



STEP 2:



To remove knots from your pet's coat, adjust the detangling edges to the proper position for the length of your pet's coat by pressing the FURextend button and lock them in that position using the easy slide tab.



STEP 3:


Move the detangling brush through the knotted hair following the direction of the hair; make firm strokes for best results. Continue until all knots are removed. Smaller knots will fall out on their own or reduce in size so that they can be easily removed by normal brushing.
