Information on Stock and Delivery

1. Stock Availability

In our online shop, you can check the availability of each item before payment:

🔸 Estimated shipping date: This is displayed next to the "Add to Cart" button. "In stock" means the item is ready to ship immediately; a specific date indicates when the item will arrive from the supplier.

🔸 Available units: Orders exceeding the available stock will be held until more units arrive. The entire order will only be shipped once all items are available.

🔸 Promotions and discounts: These are valid only while stocks last at the time of purchase; if the item is no longer available, the offer will not be shipped.

2. Delivery time

🔸 Items that are immediately available will be delivered within 9 to 11 business days.

🔸 Orders paid for by 12:00 PM can be shipped the same day, provided all items are available.

3. Shipping Methods

🔸 Standard Shipping: Currently, we do not offer free shipping, as all shipments originate from Spain. However, we always strive to guarantee the best possible value for our customers.

4. Recurring Orders

🔸 Set up automatic deliveries at your chosen frequency.

🔸 Payment by credit card only. Cancellation or pausing is possible at any time.

🔸 Coupons and points are not cumulative for recurring orders (except for the initial order).

5. Cancellation

🔸 You can cancel your order at any time, as long as it has not yet been processed.

🔸 Contact our customer service team. The amount paid will be refunded to you within 14 days of confirmation via the same method.
